What started as a simple hobby making gifts for friends and family quickly turned into a passion project. I’m so grateful to now create pieces that hold a special place in people’s homes and hearts.

Every frame is handmade to order, so please allow around 5-7 working days for creation. Delivery across Ireland and the UK usually takes 1-3 working days. If you're ordering for a special date, message us through the chat on our website and we'll do our best to help.
Yes! You can add your wording, names or quotes in the notes box at checkout. If you'd like something completely bespoke, email us at enquires@ppscrabble.com or use the chat feature on our website.
We currently ship across Ireland and the UK. For other destinations, please contact us before ordering and we'll check delivery options for your location.
All frames are securely packaged to arrive safely, but if something goes wrong, just send us a quick message via chat or email with your order number and a photo. We'll replace or remake your frame straight away - no stress.
Yes! Collection is available from our Longford location. Once your frame is ready, we’ll email you with full details. If you’d like to arrange a specific time, please message us first through chat or email.
Absolutely - all our frames can be sent directly as gifts. You can include a short message at checkout and we’ll print it neatly on a card for the recipient. Every frame is beautifully packaged and ready to gift.
